KUI August Challenge

August's KUI's August challenge this month was a sketch challenge (sketch below).

This is the group snapshot of all the lovely super clever ladies I met whilst on the 'Scrapaway in WA retreat'. Had so much fun and can't wait to get to the next one xx

KUI July Challenge

July's Kraft It Up (KUI) challenge was an inspiration challenge. The inspiration, 3 cupcakes with baby blue icing, baby pink fondant roses presented on a silver plate.

Materials that I have used on this layout:
Kraft cardstock; paper; tag; paper tissue; Kaisercraft birdcage; Basic Grey woolie bird; Basic Grey fabric brad; pearls; lace; Jenni Bowlin rhinestone button; Dear Lizzy thickers; Sassafrass Lass brad; Jenni Bowlin ticket; Martha Stewart butterfly punch; baby pink embroidery floss; Prima flower; gel pen.

July's 1,2,3 Challenge

1. the colour "Teal"
2. the word "thing"
3. technique, "create a scene"

I have used a pic of dad (conveniently wearing his teal coloured polo!) with his amazing punt that he crafted and completed in 2008.
The materials used were; white cardstock; sewing pattern; white gesso; Prima flowers; teal embroidery floss; Tim Holtz alpha parts; Jenni Bowlin vintage black stickers; doilies; pastels.

This months WW1 challenge was WHITE + AQUA/TEAL + CHIPBOARD . I knew I'd have to use this picture of our aqua wedding cake!
